RETURNS POLICY
At PALOCCINI, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a returns policy to ensure your satisfaction with our products.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@paloccini.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
EXCLUSIONS
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, final sale items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or exchange.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, a separate purchase for the new item will be sent out to you.
EU 14 DAYS COOLING PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@paloccini.com.
DO YOU DO FREE RETURNS?
Unfortunately, we do not do free returns. All returns are paid for by the customer.
